  • One of the greatest opportunities that Constructor University offers its prospective students is financial support through Brain Capital – an innovative model for education without the need to pay fees upfront.

What is Brain Capital?

Brain Capital is a partnership organization of the university that allows students to study now and pay later, once they have started their professional careers. This is a form of Income Share Agreement (ISA) — an investment in the student’s potential.

How does the program work?

No upfront fees: You don’t have to pay tuition fees during your studies.

The university covers the costs: Brain Capital pays the tuition fees directly to Constructor University.

You pay after graduation: Once you graduate and start working, you pay back a certain percentage of your income for a fixed period of time. If you don’t reach a certain income – you don’t owe any payments.

Interest-free and risk-free: The financing is not a bank loan – there is no interest, collateral or debt burden.

Who is it suitable for?

For international students who want to study in Germany but cannot cover the full costs right away.

For families who prefer flexible and safe financing instead of a traditional loan.

For ambitious candidates who believe in their professional future.

Main advantages:

  • No need for a loan or guarantees
  • Free tuition during your studies
  • Payment only with real income after graduation
  • Financing up to 100% of tuition fees
