Students applying to the IDegree program can expect to pay application and enrollment fees that are comparable to those of most undergraduate institutions:

Application fee – 50.00 USD Enrollment Fee – 650.00 USD Woosong training is competitive with other online programs around the world. However, students in the IDegree program pay significantly lower fees than expected for full-time programs.

Annual tuition for the IDegree program is USD 3,840.00, excluding additional housing and campus costs.

About the university

Woosong University belongs to the Woosong Education Foundation, which was established in 1954 and has a reputation for education, teaching and training. Woosong University is a specialized university located in Daejeon, South Korea that offers specialized study programs based on practice and theory.

Programs at WSU's three international schools, SolBridge International School of Business, Endicott College of International Studies, and JW Kim College of Future Studies, are taught in English only by renowned international professors. In addition to the international colleges, they also have the College of Railway Transport, the College of Software Convergence, the College of Hospitality and Culinary Arts, the College of Health and Social Care and the Woosong Graduate School.

Since the establishment of the university in 1995, Woosong University has signed more than 400 memoranda of understanding (MOU) with universities and schools in more than 60 countries. Cooperative programs include student and faculty exchange programs, joint research, dual degrees, study abroad, and more.

Dining Opportunities on Campus

Woosong University offers many dining options on campus. Woosong Campus Dormitory cafeterias are open during the summer and offer a variety of food. There are also many student restaurants that are run by one of the best culinary arts departments in the country. Woosong University students are lucky to get high-quality meals at a reasonable price.

There are 4 cafeterias across campus: two on West Campus in W3 and W16, two on East Campus in E1 and Sol-Geo.

In Korea, coffee shops are a very popular place to study. There are four cafeterias on campus that serve as great places to socialize and study. There are also many coffee shops near the campus that provide an alternative atmosphere within walking distance of the campus.

National Health Insurance

The Korean government has made it mandatory for all long-term resident foreigners to be registered with the National Health Insurance (NHI) from March 2021. International students will be subject to registration after applying for a foreign registration card. The monthly NHI amount will be approximately KRW 72,000 (about BGN 100) from March 2023.

Note that individual health insurance is still required as an NHI registration card may not cover some unexpected issues related to international students such as hospitalization etc.
